A VA loan is a mortgage backed by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Eligible veterans, service members, and some surviving spouses can use it to buy or refinance.
Sunview is a wholesale lender. We are not the VA. We price VA loans and stay on the file with you.
The VA confirms eligibility. A lender still has to approve the loan. This page is information, not a commitment to lend.

Questions we hear
Who can use a VA loan?
Many veterans, active duty service members, some National Guard and Reserve members, and some surviving spouses. The VA confirms it with a Certificate of Eligibility.
Does Sunview work for the VA?
No. Sunview is a wholesale lender. We are not part of the VA and we are not endorsed by the VA.
Can I use my benefit more than once?
Often, yes, after a prior VA loan is paid off or your entitlement is restored. We will look at your situation before anyone promises that.
What if I already have a VA loan?
You may be able to streamline to a lower rate, or refinance into a cash-out loan. Those are different programs. We will not mix them up.
Will you tell me if a VA loan is not the right fit?
Yes. If another program is cleaner, or if the numbers do not help you, we will say that.
Rates change daily. Talk to a real lender, Mon-Fri, 9 AM-6 PM PT.
